Lightweight Stone Panels

Our TL-20 material is our premier stone panel product line, containing a proprietary thermal break layer separating the stone slab and honeycomb core for exterior applications, or those prone to temperature variances such as cladding, curtainwalls, and rainscreens. The high quality aluminum honeycomb substrate is made on HOBE machines and has a film-bonded backsheet, like aerospace applications, providing up to 60 times the strength of solid stone slabs while weighing only 3 - 4lbs/ft². Panels are cut to size and edges are finished with a variety of options including reinforced bonded returns up to 12 inches for consistent corners and durability. The stone slab surface is available in multiple finishes - polished, honed, sandblasted, or custom textures are available like grooved and carved patterns, or 3-Dimensional designs.
