StoneSheets^®  FT-20 panels are our newest product line, featuring stone slabs bonded to lightweight translucent honeycomb for easy backlighting applications.  The honeycomb substrate acts as a built in diffuser, keeping up with the advances in backlighting technology and preventing diode exposure from LED's.  A variety of unique stones are available such as stones that present differently during daylight vs. while backlighting, bookmatches options, and stones with solid and transludent properties to create dramatic artistic effects in applications.

• Panels and assemblies are delivered to the customers and jobsites ready to install
• Padding or rigid foam insulation should be used to rest panels edges during installation to avoid rocking & ensure corners remain sharp and crisp
• Use NON-BLEED SILICONES and adhesives, as necessary FOR STONE
• SPECIFY STONes THAT COMPLY WITH APPLICATION; IF USED FOR EXTERIOR OR FLOORING, RECOGNIZE SOME STONES WILL REQUIRE SEALING AND/OR MAINTENANCE

StoneSheets^® FT-20 panels make vertical installations easy, without requiring built-in coves or recesses to prevent light leakage.  Traditional backlit onyx required internal structural reinforcement by placing steel rods in small channels on the backside of the stone, and presented challenges with consistent back-lighting. The lightweight translucent honeycomb in StoneSheets® FT-20 panels performs the structural function of the material and can be ordered with bonded returns to allow even more design options for vertical displays, shelves, enclosed pillars, table pieces and OEM components for manufacturers.
